摘要
近年来国家愈发重视清洁供暖的推进与发展。国家大力推动各地区清洁供暖以来,农村地区的清洁供暖是一个最难解决的大问题。农村供暖面积广、人均供暖面积大、农村建筑围护结构差、农民的经济水平相对不高、对农户分散式供暖投入资金高等问题亟待解决。本文针对农村清洁供暖的发展现状和需要解决的市场机制问题进行阐述和研究,并提出相应的改进措施。
In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to the promotion and development of clean heating.Since the state vigorously promoted clean heating in various regions,clean heating in rural areas is one of the most difficult chanllenges to solve.There are several problems such as wide rural heating area,large per capita heating area,poor surrounding structure of rural buildings,relatively low economic level of farmers,and high investment in decentralized heating for farmers need to be solved urgently.This paper expounds and studies the development status of clean heating in rural areas and the market mechanism problems that need to be solved,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
