如何教育引导各级干部弘扬伟大长征精神,走好今天的长征路,是新的时代条件下干部教育面临的一个重大课题。我们应站在历史发展和时代要求的高度,从深刻理解长征精神的政治内涵、正确把握长征精神干部教育的时代方位、营造长征精神干部教育的多元化立体式课程体系、整合长征红色资源、建设高素质教师队伍等几个方面,构建用长征精神教育干部的长效机制,让长征精神在干部教育培训中走心走深走实,努力建设忠诚干净担当的高素质干部队伍。

It is an important issue of leadership education in the new era on how to educate and guide officials of all levels to promote the great Long March Spirit and move forward on the journey of today’s Long March.At the height of historical development and requirements of the era,we must establish long-term institution of leadership education by Long March Spirit to train competent officials who are loyal,honest and upright by several aspects of understanding political connotations of Long March Spirit and its historical orientation in leadership education,designing three-dimensional multi-curriculum system of leadership education,integrating revolutionary resources of Long March,fostering high-caliber teachers,and so on.
