Summary of global surveillance data of infectious diseases in August 2021

摘要 2021年8月,全球共监测到传染病69种,涉及225个国家和地区。除流感外,涉及国家和地区数量位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,225个)、登革热(27个)、麻疹(21个)、基孔肯雅热(10个)和霍乱(8个)。病死率位于前5位的传染病分别为马尔堡病毒病(100.0%)、中东呼吸综合征(34.4%)、鼠疫(23.3%)、拉沙热(20.5%)和黄热病(16.7%)。死亡病例数位于前5位的传染病分别为COVID-19、疟疾、麻疹、霍乱和登革热。亚洲主要流行COVID-19和登革热;非洲主要流行COVID-19、埃博拉病毒病、马尔堡病毒病、霍乱、鼠疫、黄热病、拉沙热、脊髓灰质炎、疟疾和麻疹;美洲主要流行COVID-19、登革热和基孔肯雅热;欧洲主要流行COVID-19和西尼罗热。 In August 2021,a total of 69 infectious diseases were reported globally,affecting 225 countries and regions.Except for influenza,the top five infectious diseases affecting greatest number of countries and regions were COVID-19(225),dengue fever(27),measles(21),chikungunya fever(10)and cholera(8).The top five infectious diseases with highest case fatality rates were Marburg virus disease(100.0%),Middle East respiratory syndrome(34.4%),plague(23.3%),Lassa fever(20.5%)and yellow fever(16.7%).The top five infectious diseases with greatest number of deaths were COVID-19,malaria,measles,cholera and dengue fever.The prevalent infectious diseases in Asia were COVID-19 and dengue fever,the prevalent infectious diseases in Africa were COVID-19,Ebola virus disease,Marburg virus disease,cholera,plague,yellow fever,Lassa fever,poliomyelitis,malaria and measles,the prevalent infectious diseases in America were COVID-19,dengue fever and chikungunya fever,the prevalent infectious disease in Europe were COVID-19 and West Nile fever.
