2014-2020年浙江省义乌市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫密度监测结果分析

目的研究近年来浙江省义乌市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫密度水平及变动趋势,为登革热防控提供依据。方法利用2014—2020年白纹伊蚊幼虫密度调查结果,采用ArcGIS 10.2软件对各城镇街道幼虫密度绘制示意图,采用SAS 9.4软件对幼虫密度变化情况进行趋势检验。结果义乌市年均布雷图指数及容器指数总体呈下降趋势,2018与2020年年均布雷图指数全部控制在10以下,年均容器指数在2018年达到最低,全部控制在0.31以下,但2020年有2镇有回升趋势。义乌市年均容器指数和永久性容器年均容器指数均呈逐年下降趋势(Z=−3.513,P<0.05)。义乌市永久性容器每年最高容器指数呈逐年下降趋势(Z=−1.983,P<0.05)。结论义乌市白纹伊蚊幼虫密度指数呈下降趋势,但有回升风险,应加强病媒生物密度控制长效机制建设。

Objective To analyze the larva density of Aedes albopictus in recent years in Yiwu of Zhejing province and provide evidence for the prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods The data of larva density of Ae.albopictus in Yiwu from 2014 to 2020 were collected and analyzed,and software ArcGIS 10.2 was used to visualize the larva density of Ae.albopictus in local townships,and software SAS 9.4 was used to conduct Cochran-Armitage analysis.Results The annual average Breteau index(BI)and Container index(CI)showed a decrease trend in Yiwu.The average BI kept below 10 in 2018 and 2020.The annual average CI reached the lowest point in 2018 and kept below 0.31 in all townships,however,the CI in 2 townships increased again in 2020.The annual average CI and permanent container index(PCI)showed decrease trends through 2014 to 2020(Z=−3.513,P<0.05);and annual highest PCI also showed a decrease trend(Z=−1.983,P<0.05).Conclusion The larva density of Ae.albopictus in Yiwu had shown a decrease trend since 2014,however,there is a risk of re-increase.Long-term prevention and surveillance should be strengthened.
