早龄期受力及硫酸盐腐蚀耦合作用下再生混凝土的力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了减少废弃混凝土对生态环境的不利影响,使用废弃混凝土制备了再生混凝土(再生骨料替代率为50%),同时为了研究再生混凝土在复杂环境中的应用前景,将再生混凝土在早龄期受力(龄期≤7 d)和硫酸盐腐蚀的力学响应作为研究对象,分析受力时间、受力大小、硫酸盐溶液浓度等因素对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响,研究结果表明:再生混凝土在龄期≤3 d前受力、受力大小超过当时混凝土抗压强度的50%以及硫酸盐溶液浓度超过5%均会对再生混凝土后期的力学性能造成不利影响,导致混凝土力学性能的下降。 In order to reduce the adverse impact of waste concrete on the ecological environment,it uses recycled concrete to prepare recycled concrete(recycled aggregate replacement rate is 50%),and in order to study the application prospect of recycled concrete in complex environment,it will regenerate concrete in early age.The mechanical response of period stress(≤7 d)and sulfate corrosion was studied as the research object.The effects of stress time,force size and concentration of sulfate solution on compressive strength,deformation performance and splitting strength of recycled concrete were analyzed.The research results show that the stress of the recycled concrete before the age of≤3 d,the force exceeding 50%of the concrete compressive strength at that time and the concentration of the sulphate solution exceeding 5%will adversely affect the mechanical properties of the recycled concrete in the later period,resulting in the decline in the mechanical properties of concrete.
