AFRP-混凝土界面剥离承载力模型分析

摘要 依据试验规程JSCE2001,制作了33个试件,采用双剪试验研究AFRP(芳纶纤维)-混凝土界面剥离承载力。研究界面黏结长度、界面黏结层数、界面黏结宽度、混凝土强度对AFRP-混凝土界面剥离承载力模型的影响。试验结果表明:AFRP-混凝土界面有效黏结长度在80~110 mm之间。当黏结长度比较小时,各学者模型值和试验值差异较大;随着黏结长度的增大,模型值和试验值差异减小(除了Gemert模型)。当黏结宽度、层数比较小时,各学者模型值和试验值差异较小;随着黏结宽度、层数的增加,模型值和试验值差异增大。随着混凝土强度的提高,各模型值和试验值差异程度变化不明显。 The test is based on JSCE2001.The interface peeling bearing capacity between AFRP(aramid fiber)and concrete was studied by double shear test.The effects of bond length,bond layers,bond width and concrete strength of aramid fibers on the interfacial peeling bearing capacity model of AFRP-concrete were studied.The experimental results show that the effective bond length of AFRP concrete interface is between 80 mm and 110 mm.When the bond length is relatively small,the difference between the model values and the experimental values of each scholar is large.With the increase of the bond length,the difference between the model values and the experimental values decreases(except for the Gemert model).When the bond width and the number of layers are small,the difference between the model value and the test value is small.With the increase of the bond width and the number of layers,the difference between the model value and the test value increases.With the increase of concrete strength,the difference between model values and test values is not obvious.
