摘要
采用碳纳米管(CNT)悬浮液浸泡法和直接掺入法两种强化处理工艺,试验研究CNT对混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:CNT可以改善混凝土的黏聚性和保水性,但会降低混凝土拌合物的坍落度,且坍落度降低程度随着CNT掺量的增加而增大。在混凝土搅拌过程中直接掺入CNT,混凝土各龄期抗压强度呈现出先增加后减小的抛物线变化趋势。采用CNT强化再生粗骨料时,CNT掺量不宜大于0.1%。采用直接掺入法强化RCA对再生混凝土抗压强度的提高效果优于CNT悬浮液浸泡强化法。
Carbon nanotubes(CNT)was used to strengthen recycled concrete by nano suspension immersion method and direct incorporation method to analyze the effect of CNT on the workability and compressive strength of concrete.The results show that the concrete cohesiveness and water retention were improved by CNT,while the slump decreases with the increase of CNT content.The compressive strength of recycled concrete increases at first and then decreases with the increase of CNT content.The CNT content should not be greater than 0.1%when using CNT to strengthen the recycled coarse aggregate.The compressive strength of recycled concrete strengthened by incorporation immersion method is better than that by immersion method.
