目标管理监控下的环节质量控制对老年髋部骨折术后患者并发症发生率的影响

Effect of link quality control under target management monitoring on the incidence of complicationsin elderly patients after hip fracture surgery

目的探讨目标管理监控下的环节质量控制对老年髋部骨折术后患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年8月在宁德市中医院实施老年髋部骨折术的102例患者,采用简单随机分组将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受目标管理监控下的环节质量控制干预,两组均持续干预1个月。比较两组患者的康复锻炼依从性、护理干预前后的髋关节运动功能,以及护理期间的并发症发生率。结果观察组的康复锻炼依从率为94.12%,显著高于对照组的78.43%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的髋关节运动功能各项评分均显著高于同组干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的各项评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。观察组的压力性损伤和下肢静脉血栓等并发症的发生率为17.64%,显著低于对照组的45.10%(P<0.05)。结论目标管理监控下的环节质量控制可以提高老年髋部骨折患者的康复锻炼依从性和髋关节运动功能评分,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of link quality control under the monitoring of target management on the incidence of complications in elderly patients after hip fracture surgery.Methods 102 elderly patients who underwent hip fracture surgery in Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group received link quality control intervention under the monitoring of target management.The intervention for both groups lasted for 1 month.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise,hip joint motor function before and after nursing intervention,and the incidence of complications during nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 78.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of hip joint motor function of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before intervention(both P<0.05).The scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as pressure injuries and lower extremity venous thrombosis in the observation group was 17.64%,which was significantly lower than 45.10%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The link quality control under the monitoring of target management can improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and scores of hip joint motor function of elderly patients with hip fractures,and reduce the incidence of complications.
