施行责任助产在产房护理中的价值及其对产妇分娩时间的影响

Value of responsible midwifery in delivery room nursing and its influence on delivery time

目的分析施行责任助产在产房护理中的价值及其对产妇分娩时间的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月南京医科大学附属妇产医院收治的130名初产妇为研究对象,随机分入观察组和对照组,每组65名。对照组初产妇接受常规产房护理,观察组初产妇接受责任助产护理。比较两组初产妇的分娩方式、产程时间、母婴结局和护理满意率。结果观察组的阴道分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的第一产程和总产程时间均显著短于对照组(P值均<0.05)。观察组的产后出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),母乳始动时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论施行责任助产能够提高产妇的阴道分娩率,缩短产程,减少产后出血量,促进产后早期母乳喂养,提高护理满意率。

Objective To analyze the value of responsible midwifery in delivery room nursing and its influence on delivery time.Methods A total of 130 primiparas admitted to the Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery room nursing and the observation group received responsible midwifery nursing.The delivery method,length of labor,maternal and infant outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the cesarean delivery rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of the first stage of labor and total stage of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(both P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of producing breast milk in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of responsible midwifery can improve the vaginal delivery rate,shorten the time of labor,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,promote breastfeeding in the early postpartum period and improve maternal nursing satisfaction.
