摘要 目的探讨心理分级护理策略对行心脏介入治疗患者心理状况的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年10月于徐州医科大学附属医院行心脏介入治疗的86例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受心理分级护理策略干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理健康状况和痛苦体验。结果干预前,两组间症状自评量表(SCL-90)和痛苦评估量表(DDS)各项评分的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。干预后,两组的SCL-90和DDS各项评分均显著低于同组干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的SCL-90和DDS评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论心理分级护理策略干预可有效减轻行心脏介入治疗患者的痛苦体验,改善其心理健康状况。 Objective To explore the effect of graded psychological nursing strategy on the psychological status of patients undergoing cardiac interventional therapy.Methods 86 patients who underwent cardiac intervention in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2019 to October 2020 were divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)by using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received graded psychological nursing intervention.The psychological status and pain intensity before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and Descriptor Differential Scale(DDS)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SCL-90 and DDS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the SCL-90 and DDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Graded psychological nursing strategy can effectively alleviate the painful experience of patients undergoing cardiac interventional therapy and improve their mental health.
