纽曼系统护理模式对肝硬化失代偿期患者心理、自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of Neuman systems model on psychology,self-care ability and quality of lifeof patients with decompensated cirrhosis

目的分析纽曼系统护理模式对肝硬化失代偿期患者心理、自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的80例肝硬化失代偿期患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施纽曼系统护理模式干预。比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我护理能力优良率和生活质量。结果干预后,两组的SAS和SDS评分均显著低于同组干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我护理能力优良率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的62.50%(25/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的生活质量各项评分均显著高于同组干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论将纽曼系统护理模式应用于肝硬化失代偿期患者中的临床疗效更加显著,可以有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高其自我护理能力和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of Neuman systems model on psychology,selfcare ability and quality of life of patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Methods 80 patients with decompensated cirrhosis admitted to Binhai Bay Central Hospital of Dongguan City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing guided by Neuman systems model on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the excellent and good rate of self-care ability and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the excellent and good rate of self-care ability of the observation group was 92.50%(37/40)and that of the control group was 62.50%(25/40).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of various items of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Neuman systems model for patients with decompensated cirrhosis is significant,which can effectively improve the negative emotions,self-care ability and quality of life of patients.
