韦氏推拿手法联合心理放松护理对交感神经型颈椎病患者疼痛和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Wei massage combined with psychological relaxation nursing on pain and sleep qualityof patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis

目的分析韦氏推拿手法联合心理放松护理对交感神经型颈椎病患者疼痛和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院2019年1月至2020年10月收治的84例交感神经型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用韦氏推拿手法联合心理放松护理的中西医结合护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效、抑郁和疼痛情况,以及睡眠质量。结果护理后,观察组的总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著降低(P值均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。护理后,两组的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分均显著下降(P值均<0.05),且观察组的各项评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论韦氏推拿手法联合心理放松护理干预交感神经型颈椎病患者具有显著疗效,可缓解患者疼痛,改善其睡眠情况,有临床推广的价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Wei massage combined with psychological relaxation nursing on pain and sleep quality of patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods 84 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis admitted to Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=42)and a control group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given Wei massage combined with psychological relaxation nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,depression,pain degree,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups were significantly decreased(all P<0.05),and the above-mentioned scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of various items of pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the two groups were significantly decreased(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Wei massage combined with psychological relaxation nursing in patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis has a significant curative effect,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the sleep quality.It has the value of clinical promotion.
