百年来,党的政治建设既凸显出不同时期的特殊性,又内在蕴含贯彻始终的统一性。从建党后制定政治纲领并渐次明确政治路线、政治领导、政治纪律到成为执政党后对党中央权威和集体统一领导、巩固新生政权的初步探索整顿,从改革开放新时期围绕制定和执行党在初级阶段基本路线优化党内政治生态、提高党的执政能力到中国特色社会主义进入新时代把党的政治建设摆在首位,党的百年政治建设启示我们:维护党中央权威和集中统一领导是党的政治建设的首要任务,坚持人民立场是根本价值取向,强化政治纪律和政治规矩是制度保障,提升政治能力是重要抓手,坚持价值目标与问题导向一体化推进是其实践特征。

Over the past 100 years,the Party’s political construction has not only highlighted the particularity of different periods,but also has inherent unity throughout.From the establishment of the Party’s political program and the gradual clarification of the political guideline,political leadership,and political discipline,to the initial exploration and rectification of the Party’s central authority and collective leadership after the Party’s founding,and the consolidation of the new regime,from the new era of reform and opening up when optimizing the Party’s political ecology and enhancing the Party’s governing ability based on the initial stage of formulating and implementing the basic line,to prioritizing the Party’s political construction when the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the Party’s century-long political construction enlightens us:maintaining the Party’s central authority and centralized and unified leadership is the primary task of the Party’s political construction,adhering to people’s standpoint is the fundamental value orientation,strengthening political discipline and rules is the guarantee of the system,and improving political capabilities is an important handling point.Adhering to the integration of value goals and problem orientation is of its practical characteristics.
