基于岸基的无人船功能转变及安全配员研究

摘要 随着科技的快速发展,船舶自动化程度迅速提高,世界主要航运国家纷纷将眼光聚焦于“无人驾驶”船舶,旨在减少船舶配员,甚至实现船舶无人化。然而根据全球航运的实际情况,无人船真正实现“零配员”还不太现实。通过对无人船的技术、法律、航行安全等方面进行分析,提出了一种基于岸基的无人船最低安全配员解决方案,为未来无人船的商业化提供一定的参考。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the level of ship’s automation has increased rapidly.Major shipping countries in the world have focused on“unmanned”ships,aiming to reduce ships manning and even be unmanned ships.However,according to the actual situation of global shipping,it is not realistic for unmanned ships to truly be“zero manning”.By analyzing the technology,law,safe navigation and other aspects of unmanned ships,a shore-based minimum safe manning solution for a unmanned ship is proposed,which provides certain reference for the commercialization of unmanned ships in the future.
