“双高计划”背景下高职航海类专业群建设与评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 “双高”建设在服务国家战略、融入区域发展、促进产业升级等宏大层面发挥着日益重要的作用。航海类专业群作为“双高”建设的重要组成部分,不仅承载着为我国培养高技能航海类人才的历史使命,而且对我国海洋强国战略实施具有重要的支撑作用。航海类专业群建设应以培养高端航海应用技术的复合型人才为基本目标,以立德树人培根铸魂为根本任务,以提质培优增值赋能为工作主线,紧扣“双高”建设任务,引领我国航海职业教育持续深化改革,强化内涵建设,实现高质量发展;应从评价导向、评价标准、评价方式、评价手段、评价主体等方面进行改革探索,对科学评价航海类专业群建设成效。 “Double High-level”construction plays an increasingly important role in serving national strategy,integrating into regional development,and promoting industrial upgrading.As an important part of“Double High-level”construction,the maritime related majors cluster not only carries the historical mission of cultivating highly-skilled maritime talents for China,but also plays an important supporting role in the implementation of China’s maritime power strategy.The construction of maritime related majors cluster should focus on improving quality,training excellence,and value-added empowerment,closely following the“Double High-level”construction tasks,leading China’s maritime vocational education to continue to deepen reform,strengthen connotation construction,and achieve high-quality development.Reform and exploration should be carried out from the aspects of evaluation orientation,evaluation standards,evaluation methods,evaluation means,evaluation subjects,etc.,to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of the construction of maritime related majors cluster.
