新时代推进高职院校师德师风建设探析

Exploratory Analysis of Promoting the Construction of Teachers’Ethics and Work Style in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

加强师德师风建设是国家政策的要求,更是职业教育发展的必然规律。当前,我国一些高职院校师德师风建设面临敬业精神不足、治学态度不端、师表意识不强三重困境。应立足实际发展,从学校、二级学院和教师三个层面切实深化改革、创新模式,着力打造一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍。

Strengthening the construction of teachers’ethics and work style is the requirement of national policy,and it is the inevitable rule of the development of vocational education.At present,the construction of teachers’ethics and work style in some higher vocational colleges in China is facing threefold dilemma of insufficient professionalism,misunderstanding of academic attitudes,and weak sense of teachers’exemplary role.It should be based on actual development,deepen reform and innovate modes from the three levels of university,secondary schools and teachers,and strive to construct a team of high-quality professional teachers with noble morality,exquisite professionalism,reasonable structure and full of vitality.
