中医药调节肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞的研究包括:免疫细胞与肿瘤微环境的关系和中医药调节肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞的作用。其中,免疫细胞与肿瘤微环境的关系主要包括:免疫细胞在肿瘤微环境中浸润、肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞功能受损、免疫细胞间相互作用维持肿瘤微环境的免疫抑制等。中医药调节肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞的作用主要包括:中医药改变肿瘤患者的免疫状态、中医药促进免疫活性细胞(主要包括T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞等)的作用、中医药调节免疫抑制细胞(主要包括肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、骨髓来源抑制细胞、调节性T细胞等)的作用等。中医药可通过调控免疫细胞间平衡、改变肿瘤内部浸润情况、增强免疫活性细胞功能、逆转免疫细胞抑制表型极化等方法激活免疫系统状态,从而抑制肿瘤生长和转移。但是,这些实验并未深入涉及相关的机制研究,基础实验研究起步晚,关于中医药调节免疫细胞的分子机制和信号通路方面的研究仍不足。中医药对免疫检查位点调节作用的研究尚不深入。今后,应在中医药如何调节免疫检查位点,调控肿瘤微环境内平衡,干预肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞以及免疫细胞间相互作用从而抑制肿瘤发展和转移方面进行深入研究。

The research on the regulation of immune cells in tumor microenvironment by TCM includes the relationship between immune cells,the role of TCM in regulating immune cells in tumor microenvironment.The relationship between immune cells and tumor microenvironment mainly includes:infiltration of immune cells in tumor microenvironment,impairment of immune cell function in tumor microenvironment,interaction between immune cells to maintain immunologic suppression in tumor microenvironment.The role of TCM in regulating immune cells in tumor microenvironment mainly includes:TCM in changing the immune state of tumor patients,TCM in promoting immune active cells(mainly including T lymphocytes,NK cells,DCS,etc.),and TCM in regulating immunosuppressive cells(mainly including TAMs,MDSCs,Treg,etc.).TCM can activate the state of immune system by regulating the balance between immune cells,changing the internal infiltration of tumor,enhancing the function of immune active cells,reversing the phenotypic polarization of immune cells,so as to inhibit tumor growth and metastasis.However,these experiments have not deeply involved the relevant mechanism research,the basic experimental research started late,and the research on the molecular mechanism and signal pathway of TCM in regulating immune cells is still insufficient.The regulatory effect of TCM on immune examination sites is not in-depth.In the future,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on how TCM regulates immune examination sites,regulates the balance of tumor microenvironment,and interferes with the interaction between tumor cells and immune cells and between immune cells themselves,so as to conduct in-depth research on inhibiting tumor development and transferring.
