代谢组学在慢性肾脏病中的研究进展

Research Progress of Metabonomics in Chronic Kidney Disease

代谢组学是对小分子代谢物进行鉴定和定量分析的组学,它反映了生物体内实时的病理生理状态,具有高通量、覆盖面广、稳定性高等特点。慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)的发生发展会受到生物体内外多种因素的影响,与机体代谢异常密切相关,表现为各类代谢物的变化。但因代谢物种类繁多、性质差异较大、技术要求高、费用高,使其在临床上的应用受到一定限制。近年来,代谢组学为CKD的研究做出了重要贡献,本文就代谢组学在CKD中的研究进展作一综述,以期为CKD发生发展及诊断提供新的研究思路和方向。

Metabonomics is a new type of omics for the identification and quantitative analysis of small molecular metabolites.It reflects the real-time pathophysiological state in organisms.It has the characteristics of high throughput,wide coverage and high stability.During the occurrence and development of chronic kidney disease(CKD),it will be affected by many factors inside and outside the organism,which is closely related to the abnormal metabolism of the body,manifested in the changes of various metabolites.However,due to the wide variety of metabolites,great differences in properties,high technical requirements and high cost,its clinical application is limited.In recent years,metabonomics has made important contributions to the study of CKD.This paper reviews the research progress of metabonomics in CKD in order to provide new research ideas and directions for the occurrence,development and diagnosis of CKD.
