摘要
近年来,随着社会转型和劳动力的转移,农村妇女成为乡村建设的主要力量,对农村妇女进行培训成为乡村振兴的关键一环。云南楚雄结合当地妇女群体的优势与民族文化特色,以“扶贫车间+绣娘”为中心,采取“传帮带”的培训形式,开展了多元的彝族刺绣等职业技能培训项目,在乡村振兴过程中取得了很大成效。通过实证研究等方法以彝族刺绣技能培训项目为切入点,从产业发展、文化传承、人才培养等视角出发,探析云南民族地区妇女职业技能培训项目助力乡村振兴的关键因素、成效与实施路径,以期为民族地区开展妇女职业技能培训提供参考借鉴,并积极推进乡村振兴建设。
In recent years,with the social transformation and the transfer of labor force,rural women have become the main force in rural construction,and the training for rural women has become a key part of rural revitalization.Taking the advantages of local women groups and the national cultural characteristics in Chuxiong of Yunnan Province,with the“pro-poor workshop+embroidery lady”as the center,with the training form of“teaching,helping and leading”,a variety of Yi embroidery and other vocational skills training projects have been carried out and have achieved great results in the process of rural revitalization.Through empirical research and other methods,this study takes the Yi embroidery skills training project as the starting point,from the perspective of industrial development,cultural heritage,personnel training and so on,analyzes the key factors,effectiveness and the implementation path of the women’s vocational skill training project in Yunnan ethnic areas to help the rural revitalization,with a view to providing reference for women’s vocational skills training in ethnic areas,and actively promoting the construction of rural revitalization.
