职业教育PPP模式机理、效率与提升路径研究——以贵州省为例

摘要 职业教育与普通教育具有同等重要的战略定位,基于经济价值与公益属性,有针对性地探讨职业教育PPP模式的内在机理、实施效率、运行问题与发展路径。针对职业教育领域PPP模式中出现的管理不当、模式单一、人才紧缺等问题,提出创新校企合作、优化社会资本管理、激发贵州内生动力、推进职业教育高素质技术技能人才“一体化”建设,从而提高职业教育PPP办学实力和影响力,为推动贵州特色职业教育发展多元化、科学合理化提供理论依据和决策参考。 Vocational education and general education have the same important strategic positioning.This paper discusses the internal mechanism,implementation efficiency,operation problems and development path of PPP model of vocational education based on economic value and public welfare attributes.Targeted at the improper management,the single operation mode,and the shortage of personnel in the PPP mode in vocational education this paper puts forward suggestions such as the innovating university-enterprise cooperation,optimizing social capital management,stimulating endogenous power in Guizhou,and promoting“integration”construction of highly qualified technical skilled personnel in vocational education,so as to improve the power and influence of PPP mode in vocational education and provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the diversification and rationalization of vocational education in Guizhou.
