摘要
基于价值工程理论提出舰船用双螺杆泵设计方案的评价模型和方法。对单吸式双螺杆泵进行价值分析和价值综合评价,基于评价结果对该舰船螺杆泵设计方案进行改进和优化,采用"基点系数"法为螺杆泵重新分配和调整关键零部件的目标成本,使其功能与成本达到最佳匹配,价值系数接近于1,且成本降低约34.6%。
The evaluation model and method for marine twin screw pump design are proposed according to the value engineering theory.The value analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the single-suction twin-screw pump are carried out,and the design is modified and optimized based on the evaluation result.The base point coefficient method is used to redistribute and adjust the target cost of key components,so as to achieve the optimal match between function and cost.The resulting value coefficient is close to 1,and the cost is reduced by about 34.6%.
