船用废气锅炉自动吹灰装置设计

摘要 针对现有船用水管式废气锅炉吹灰装置存在的工作效率低、操作复杂、操作人员工作条件差和有蒸汽烫伤风险等问题[1],以STC89C52芯片为控制核心,将电磁阀和步进电机作为执行设备,将蒸汽作为吹灰动力介质,设计一种根据主机负荷自动定时的锅炉吹灰装置,实现船用锅炉的自动定时吹灰。验证结果表明,该装置能较好地清除锅炉内部的积灰,有效降低人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,避免事故的发生。 To solve the issues caused by the blowing device of water-tube marine waste gas boiler,such as low working efficiency,complex operation procedure,large workload,poor working condition and the risk of steam hurt,this study designed a timed automatic waste blower based on the load of main engine,which realizes the timed automatic dust blowing of the marine boiler.It uses STC89C52 chip as the control core,the electromagnetic valve and step motor as the execution equipment,and the steam as the power of dust blowing.The verification result shows that the device can effectively clean the dust accumulated inside the boiler,so as to reduce the personnel workload,improve working efficiency,and avoid the occurrence of accidents.
