摘要
以瓦锡兰的34DF双燃料发电机为例,对发电机冷却水系统优化方案进行分析。针对现场低温水离心泵出口压力低和高温水流量不足的问题,分析引发该问题的原因,并提出在低温出口安装节流孔板的方案。实船应用结果表明,在系统中应用合适孔径的节流孔板,能在可靠地满足设备需求的同时,控制生产成本和简化管路系统。
This paper discusses the optimization of generator cooling water system based on a WARTSILA 34DF dual-fuel generator.The reason for the low outlet pressure of the low temperature cooling water centrifugal pump and the insufficient water flow of the high temperature cooling water are analyzed.Then the solution of installing a restriction orifice at the low temperature cooling water outlet is proposed.Its application onboard shows that the restriction orifice with suitable aperture added in the system can control the production cost and simplify the pipeline system under the premise of satisfying the equipment demand reliably.
