摘要
在船舶设计建造的复杂工序表达上采用二维图纸结合工艺文件的方式指导分段装配建造时,由于二维图纸与模型的关联性不强,缺乏全面完整的工序表达,使得现场装配人员易对装配工序产生歧义。为有效解决该问题,通过梳理复杂装配工序流程,结合建造工艺规范的要求,基于三维体验平台研究出一种复杂工序可视化表达技术。该技术能有效加深现场人员对复杂装配工序的理解,减少分段建造过程中产生的差错和返工,从而提升船舶分段建造的效率。
When 2 D drawings combined with process documents are used as the expression of the complex ship design and construction process to guide the segmented assembly and construction,the correlation between the 2 D drawing and the model is not so clear and the process expression does not cover everything it should explain. It is easy for the workers on site to misunderstand the assembly process. To solve the problem, the complex assembly flow is analyzed and the construction process specification is summarized to develop a complex process visualization technology based on 3 D Experience Platform,which can effectively promote the personnel on site to understand the complex assembly process,and to reduce errors and rework in the segmented construction,so as to improve the fabricating efficiency of the segmented ship construction.
