山西科技经济融合发展现状分析

Current Situation Analysis on the Integration of Science,Technology and Economy in Shanxi

促进科技与经济深度融合发展,是把握新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局的重要举措。山西作为煤炭资源大省,产业基础薄弱,科技资源紧缺,经济发展水平和质量不高。虽然通过实施科技创新重大工程、深化科技管理体制改革,在促进科技与经济融合方面做了大量富有实效的工作,取得了比较好的成绩。但是科技服务经济的运行模式和体制机制尚不健全,科技成果落地转化能力不强,对于山西转型发展的战略支撑作用不突出,需要构建具有特色的区域创新体系、营造科技经济融合的浓厚氛围、大力实施技术转移促进工程。

Promoting deep integration of science,technology and economy is an important measure to grasp the new development stage,implement the new development concept and construct a new development pattern.As a province with large coal resources,Shanxi has a weak industrial foundation,a shortage of scientific and technological resources,and a low level and quality of economic development.Although it has done a lot of effective work in promoting the integration of science,technology and economy by implementing major scientific and technological innovation projects,deepening the reform of science and technology management system,and has achieved fairly good results.However,the operation mode and system mechanism of science and technology serving the economy are not perfect,the landing and transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements is not strong,and the strategic support role for the transformation and development of Shanxi is not prominent.It is necessary to build a characteristic regional innovation system,create a strong atmosphere for the integration of science,technology and economy,and vigorously implement technology transfer promotion project.
