滇重楼不同加工工艺研究 被引量:1

Study on Different Processing Technology of Paris polyphylla

摘要 以药材主要有效成分含量结合性状、折干率等为指标,探究不同加工工艺对滇重楼药材品质的影响。选取均一滇重楼鲜根茎,采用不同条件干燥加工药材样品。性状评定与3种皂苷含量测定参照《中国药典》2020年版,称重法计算折干率,大类有效成分使用紫外分光光度法。结果表明,折干率冻干法最高,35℃烘干次之;重楼皂苷VII含量于75℃条件下最高,重楼皂苷I、II、VII含量之和于95℃条件下最高;总黄酮含量于55℃条件下最高;可溶性多糖含量于75℃条件下最高。95℃是趁鲜切片加工滇重楼较佳的烘干温度。 For exploring how different processing technologies effect the quality of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis with indexs such as main active ingredient content,character and drying rate.Homogeneous fresh rhizome of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis were dried with different conditions.Character were evaluated and the content of three polyphyllins were tested with reference of China Phannacopeia 2020.Drying rate were calculated by weight method and major active components were tested by spectrophotometric method.The results showed that drying rate was the highest by lyophilization and drying with 35℃ take the second place;the content of polyphyllin Ⅶ was the highest by drying with 75℃ and the content of three polyphylins was the highest by drying with 95℃;the content of total flavones was the highest by drying with 55 ℃;the content of soluble polysaccharide was the highest by drying with 75℃.95℃ was a superior choice for processing fresh slice of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis.
