This article introduced the design and development process of the 9KLH-250 pellet feed press.Starting from the overall design and working principle of the equipment,the design principles of the different parts of the equipment were introduced.Including frame,main shaft,250 kW main motor,ring die system,pressure roller system,door system,lubrication system,guide scraper,cutting knife,feeder,conditioner and other components,focusing on ring die,pressure roller the adjustment method.Finally,the technical performance of this machine was verified through experiments,and it fully meets the requirements of national standards and feed manufacturers.
