摘要
在国家“双万”课程建设背景下,针对“食品分析与检验”在线开放课程现存问题,结合“金课”评价标准,探讨了建设线上线下混合型“食品分析与检验”“金课”的路径和可行性方案,以期达到线上线下资源的优势互补,切实培养学生自主学习能力,改善课程教学效果。
Under the background of“Double Ten Thousand Plan”,in view of the existing problems of online open course of Food Analysis and Inspection,combined with“golden course”standard,the golden course construction path and feasibility plan of the online and offline mixed Food Analysis and Inspection was explored to achieve the complementary advantages between online and offline resources,cultivate the students'autonomous learning ability,and improve the teaching effect.
