基于OBE理念的“果蔬加工学”课程教学方式的改革与实践

摘要 在新工科背景下,通过教学改革加强创新型人才培养是高等教育教学计划的重要组成部分。传统的“果蔬加工学”课程教学方式以教师为中心,且教学模式单一,思维固化,难以培养出满足社会需求的果蔬加工领域应用创新型人才。针对这一实际情况,沈阳农业大学“果蔬加工学”课程组遵循OBE(Outcome-Based Education)教育教学理念,以学生为中心,以产出为导向,在教学方式上突破传统,改革创新。通过将科研与教学进行深度融合、搭建实践教学平台、参加科创展示等,培养学生的实践创新能力,显著提高了整体教学质量和效果。 Under the new engineering background,strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents by teaching reform is an important part of higher education.The traditional teaching method of Fruit and Vegetable Processing was teacher-centered,model-single and thinking-fixed.It is difficult to cultivate innovative talents in the field of Fruit and Vegetable Processing to meet the social needs.In view of this actual situation,we followed the OBE(outcome based education)education and broke through the tradition.The students'practical innovation ability was cultivated,and the overall teaching quality and effect were significantly improved by deep integration of scientific research and teaching,building practical teaching platform and participating in scientific and technological innovation exhibition.
