数控机电仿真实训系统故障诊断模块远程控制设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前系统故障诊断模块远程控制方法未计算局部均值,导致系统故障诊断时间长、诊断准确率低的问题,提出数控机电仿真实训系统故障诊断模块远程控制方法。采用数据采集器、数据库服务器、Web服务器、故障诊断管理工作站,完成故障诊断远程控制模块设计。制定故障数据采集程序流程,采集设备故障数据,利用权重方法均值计算设备故障数据,得出局部均值避免边界效应,获取故障数据中有效分量,再运用分解信号得到局域波分量,求出原始信号得出时频信号,实现对系统故障模块的远程控制设计。实验结果表明,所提方法诊断准确率高,诊断时间短。 Aiming at the problem that the local mean value is not calculated in the current remote control method of fault diagnosis module, which results in long time of fault diagnosis and low diagnosis accuracy, a remote control method of fault diagnosis module for CNC electromechanical simulation training system is proposed. Using data collector, database server, web server and fault diagnosis management workstation, the remote control module of fault diagnosis is designed. The process of fault data acquisition program is established to collect equipment fault data. The local mean value is obtained to avoid boundary effect. The effective component of fault data is obtained. Then the local wave component is obtained by decomposing the signal. The original signal is obtained and the time-frequency signal is obtained. The remote control design of the system fault module is realized. The experimental results show that the diagnosis rate of the proposed method is high.
