Cu_(2)O/BiFeO_(3)异质结催化剂对铀的光催化性能研究

摘要 研究通过湿浸渍法将Cu_(2)O光催化剂复合到BiFeO_(3)光催化剂表面,从而制备出Cu_(2)O/BiFeO_(3)可见光响应型异质结光催化剂,用于光催化去除溶液中的U(VI).借助X射线衍射分析、X射线光电子能谱、比表面积分析对制备出的光催化剂进行表征,考察U(VI)初始浓度对光催化材料催化还原去除U(VI)的影响,分析催化剂的重复回收利用性能.结果表明:Cu_(2)O/BiFeO_(3)异质结光催化剂对溶液中U(VI)有较好的去除效果,在U(VI)初始浓度为5 mg/L的条件下,反应到100 min时对U(VI)的去除率达到99%,异质结光催化剂经过多次回收利用后依然有较高的光催化效果. The Cu2O photocatalyst was compounded on the surface of BiFeO_(3) photocatalyst by wet impregnation method to prepare visibled light-responsive heterojunction photocatalysts Cu_(2)O/BiFeO_(3),which were used to remove U(VI)in solution.Through X-ray diffractometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and specific surface area determination method to characterize and analyze the catalyst materials.The effect of the initial concentration of U(VI)on the removal of U(VI)by photocatalyst was explored,and the repeated recycling performance of the catalyst was analyzed.The results show that the Cu_(2)O/BiFeO_(3) heterojunction photocatalyst has high removal efficiency for U(VI)in solution,and under the condition of the initial concentration of U(VI)is 5 mg/L,the removal rate reached 99%when the reaction time is 100 min.The heterojunction photocatalyst still has a high photocatalytic efficiency after several recycled.
