摘要
中国是猪肉的消费大国,但是猪肉价格不稳定.自2018年8月以来,受非洲猪瘟等因素的影响,猪肉价格剧烈波动,对我国农产品市场的稳定造成了冲击.为了研究猪肉价格的动力来源与价格传递机制,基于生猪及猪肉全产业链条的纵向传递机制,利用2017年1月至2019年12月的月度数据展开实证分析.研究结果表明:在猪肉产业链价格系统中,生猪价格是猪肉价格波动最主要的动力来源;从供给成本的角度来看,猪肉供给变化将会直接影响猪肉价格和猪肉成本的变化,但是猪肉价格及猪肉成本的变化在短期内并不会对猪肉供给产生显著的影响.
China is a big consumer of pork,but the price of pork has been very unstable,especially since August 2018,affected by African swine fever and other factors,the sharp fluctuation of pork price has impacted the stability of China's agricultural products market.In order to study the power source and price transmission mechanism of pork price,based on the vertical transmission mechanism of pig and pork industry chain,the monthly data from January 2017 to December 2019 were used for empirical analysis.The results show that:in the price system of pork industry chain,the pig price is the main power source of pork price fluctuation;From the perspective of supply cost,the change of pork supply factor will directly affect the change of pork price and pork cost,but the change of pork price and cost will not have a significant impact on pork supply in the short term.
