摘要
本文介绍了一种无帘线橡胶履带的结构设计与制造工艺,无帘线橡胶履带去除了专属的强力层纤维帘线,利用相互连接的链轨使原来只有传动、导向和导轨功能的芯金同时具有强力层的功能,并且因相邻链轨间有重叠部分,使导轨连续不中断,使机械运行时具有减震作用,提高了驾乘人员的舒适性。由于无帘线,消除了产品在使用过程中帘线屈挠疲劳断裂和帘线与芯金之间的摩擦断裂的可能性,从而提高了橡胶履带的使用寿命,克服了有芯金橡胶履带的缺点。
This article introduces the structure design and manufacturing process of a cordless rubber track.The cordless rubber track removes the exclusive strong layer fiber cords,and uses interconnected chain rails to make the core metal that only has the functions of transmission and guidance rails at the same time have the function of the strong layer.And because of the overlap between adjacent chain rails,the guide rail is continuous and uninterrupted,so that the machine has a shock-absorbing effect when the machine is running,and the comfort of the drivers and passengers is improved.Because there is no cord,it eliminates the possibility of cord flexural fatigue fracture and friction fracture between the cord and the core metal during the use of the product.Thereby,the service life of the rubber track is improved,and the shortcomings of the rubber track with core mental are overcome.
