全钢子午胎钢丝帘布90度直裁机转向机构改造

摘要 本文主要简单介绍原90度钢丝帘布直裁机的转向机构存在的问题,以及利用钢丝帘布的磁铁可吸附特性,对转向机构进行重新设计、制作和安装调试。经改造后,提高了钢丝帘布定位准确性,提高了钢丝帘布的自动接头效率,减少了人工干预率,提高了钢丝帘布的接头质量。 This article mainly introduces the existing problems of the steering mechanism of the original 90-degree steel cord cutting machine.And through using the adsorption characteristics of the steel cord magnet,the steering mechanism is redesigned,manufactured and installed.After the transformation,the positioning accuracy of the steel cord and the efficiency of automatic joints are improved,the manual intervention rate is reduced,and the joint quality of the steel cord is improved.
