Development and Application of Automatic Closed-Loop Test Platform Based on IEC 61850 Relay Protection

从智能变电站二次设备检验测试的需求和原理出发,开发基于IEC 61850的继电保护自动闭环测试平台,以实现适用于智能变电站的继电保护装置的自动闭环测试。基于IEC 61850标准,设计自动闭环测试总体架构,建立自动测试模板及自适应运行方式判据,在线获取定值。按照自动测试模板,自动模拟量测、自动修改定值且自动投退软压板,构成闭环测试数据流,依据运行方式判据和继电保护装置的试验结果判断继电保护装置试验的正确性,并按照检验规程格式自动生成试验报告。实践证明,自动闭环测试平台可替代人工试验,有效提高了试验效率与正确率。

Based on the requirement and principle of secondary equipment inspection and test in intelligent substation,an automatic closed-loop test platform based on IEC 61850 relay protection is developed to realize Applicable to intelligent substation and the automatic closed-loop test of digital relay protection device.Based on the IEC 61850 standard,the overall structure of automatic closed-loop test is designed,the automatic test template and adaptive operation mode criterion are established,and the fixed value is obtained online.The closed-loop test data flow is formed,the correctness of relay protection device test is determined according to operation mode criterion and relay protection device test result.It is proved by practice that the automatic closed-loop test platform can replace manual test and provide test efficiency and correctness.
