摘要
针对某电厂俄制K-500-240-4型汽轮机组高压主汽阀门体在运行中因贯穿性裂纹导致泄漏的问题,根据高压主汽阀门体检修运行数据,分析裂纹成因及材料性能,从而确定修复工艺,彻底解决高压主汽阀门体运行隐患。
Aiming at a Russian high-pressure main steam valve of K-500-240-4 steam turbine for penetrating cracks cause leakage in the operation,according to the main steam valve group physical repair operation data,performance analysis of causes and crack,determine the repair process,completely solve the main steam valve body hidden danger.
