摘要
人民防空地下室因其使用对象、条件以及功能的特殊性,需要采取有效措施满足防空地下室预定的防护要求和战时使用要求。因此,本文针对人民防空地下室结构设计中容易出错和忽视的几个问题进行相关评析和说明。
Due to the particularity of its use object,conditions,functions and requirements,effective measures should be taken to meet the predetermined protection requirements and wartime use requirements of air defense basement.This paper evaluates and explains several problems that were prone to error and neglect in the structural design of civil air defense basement.
