摘要
随着我国科技体制改革深入推进,科技创新的知识服务需求日益多样化和个性化。为了精准对接用户需求,学科服务应引入需求侧管理理念,构建用户需求与学科服务供给的双循环。文章首先论述了学科服务需求侧三驾马车和供给侧四大引擎,并对学科服务需求侧管理的思路进行了讨论。随后对多渠道开展知识服务需求调研展开了探讨,最后对如何构建需求与供给平衡的学科服务体系进行了研究。学科服务需求侧管理是从全新视角对学科服务的用户需求与服务供给进行分析,有助于畅通需求和供给渠道,提升学科服务影响力。
With the deepening of the reform of science and technology system in China,the demand for knowledge service of science and technology innovation is increasingly diversified and personalized.In order to construct the cycle of user demand and discipline service supply,subject service should carry out demand-side management.Firstly,the troika of demand side and four engines of supply side in subject service are put forward,and the ideas of subject service demand-side management are discussed.Then this article discusses how to carry out knowledge service demand survey through multiple channels,and how to build a discipline service system with balanced demand and supply.Subject service demand-side management analyzes the user demand and service supply from a new perspective,which is helpful to unblock the channels of demand and supply and enhance the influence of subject service.
