哈拉沟选煤厂筛分系统大块煤旁路优化改造 被引量:1

摘要 哈拉沟选煤厂建厂以来经过2次改扩建,但筛分系统未进行大规模的改造升级,导致筛分系统设备故障率高,严重影响全系统生产效率的提升。对此,哈拉沟选煤厂在认真总结了筛分系统存在问题后,提出大块煤破碎后直接通过旁路进入块煤系统分选,不再经弛张筛筛分的优化改造方案,从而极大地降低了配煤刮板机的故障率,降低了弛张筛筛板的消耗,提高了全系统生产效率。 In the two reconstruction and expansion since its establishment at Halagou coal preparation plant,the screening system has not been upgraded on a large scale,resulting in a high equipment failure rate of the screening system,which seriously affects the improvement of the whole system production efficiency.In view of this,Halagou coal preparation plant,after carefully summing up the problems existing in the screening system,puts forward the optimized transformation plan of crushing the large lump coal and directly entering the lump coal system through the bypass to separate it and no longer undergoing the galloping screening,thus greatly reduce the coal blending scraper failure rate,reduce the consumption of the galloping screen plate,improve the efficiency of the whole system.
