This paper discusses the structure,working principle and main technical parameters of the on-line belt breaking detection and early warning system of conveyor belt.The system has achieved good application effect in No.2 Coal Preparation Plant of Huayang New Material Science and Technology Group.The risk of belt breaking is greatly reduced and the working cost is saved.
