摘要
重点介绍低阶动力煤的浮选回收新技术和新工艺。南梁选煤厂自2012年建成投产以来,由于细煤泥灰分高,发热量低,一直采取的措施是与矸石一起排弃到矸石场进行填埋处理;2017年,中煤西北能源公司接管南梁矿后,着手研究对煤泥的回收利用,经过各种工艺的对比分析,研究并使用了新设备、新工艺进行回收,在浮选前端增加了表面性质机,采用射流微泡浮选机对煤泥进行浮选,浮选精矿采用空气穿流干燥压滤机进行回收;整个工艺取得了良好效果,不仅减少了外排对环境的影响,同时为企业增加了效益,而且本工艺也得到了国内专家的认可,引领了行业的发展。
This paper predominantly introduced the new technology andprocess of flotation recycle of low rank thermal coal.Since the Nanliang Coal Preparation plant was completed and put into production in 2012,due to the high ash content and low calorific value of fine coal slime,the countermeasures have been adopted to discharge it together with gangue to the gangue yard for landfill treatment.In 2017,after China Coal northwest energy company took over Nanliang mine,the studies have been launched to probe into the recycle and utilization of coal slime.After comparative analysis of various processes,this paper studied and used new equipment and processes for recycle,The surface property machine was added at the front end of flotation,the jet micro bubble flotation machine was used to float the coal slime,and the flotation concentrate was recovered by air through flow drying filter press.The whole process has achieved good results,which not only reduces the impact of external discharge on the environment,but also increases benefits for the enterprise.Furthermore,this process has been widely recognized by domestic experts and led the development of the industry.
