摘要
开滦(集团)东欢坨矿业分公司针对安全管理、生产管理过程中个别管理人员格局不高、作风不硬、落实不到位等情况,建立了安全自主管理模式,并针对管理人员安全责任缺失建立了管理人员安全诚信履职评价机制,规范了员工行为,提升了员工素质,提高了煤矿企业安全生产科学化管理水平。
Kailuan(Group)Donghuantuo Mining Company has established a safety independent management mode for the situation that the pattern of individual managers is not high,the style is not hard,and the implementation is not in place in the process of safety management and production management.In view of the lack of safety responsibility of managers,it has established a safety integrity performance evaluation mechanism for managers,standardized employee behavior and improved employee quality,The scientific management of safety production in coal mining enterprises has been continuously improved.
