摘要
介绍了目前煤矿替代燃煤锅炉的主要形式和余热资源利用的发展水平,分析了新元煤矿供热负荷、余热资源现状及综合利用可行性。根据本矿供热和余热资源特点,确定了压风机、瓦斯电厂发电机组和瓦斯抽放泵冷却水余热回收利用技术方案;通过生产实践数据,分析评价了井口温度、环境温度随时间的变化曲线和技术经济效益。结果表明,采用多系统综合余热资源利用技术,能够实现井口和建筑物采暖的稳定供热,经济和环境效益显著,可完全取代燃煤锅炉。
The main forms of replacing coal-fired boilers in coal mines at present and the development level of waste heat resource utilization are introduced,and the heating load of Xinyuan Coal Mine,the current status of waste heat resources and the feasibility of comprehensive utilization are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the heat supply and waste heat resources of the mine,the technical plan for the recovery and utilization of the waste heat of the compressor,the gas power plant generator set and the gas drainage pump cooling water was determined;through the production practice data,the wellhead temperature and the environmental temperature change curve with time and month were analyzed and evaluated And technical and economic benefits.The results show that the use of multi-system integrated waste heat resource utilization technology can achieve stable heating of wellhead and building heating,with significant economic and environmental benefits,and can completely replace coal-fired boilers.
