摘要
以兖矿某单位2 t/h链条排炉为实验对象,研究了液态生物钙在工业链条炉上的脱硝的可行性。其工业实验结果表明:生物钙脱硝技术可应用工业链条炉,当在炉膛后拱下部雾化喷射生物钙时,脱硝效率大于85%,高于炉膛中央及后拱上部。同时,生物钙具有协同脱硫的效果。
Taking a 2 t/h stokerfeed boile in Yankuang as the experimental object,the feasibility of denitration of liquid biological calcium in industrial stokerfeed boile was studied.The industrial experimental results illustrated that the biological calcium denitration technology can be applied to the industrial chain furnace.When the biological calcium is atomized and sprayed at the lower part of the furnace rear arch,the denitration effect is the best,and the efficiency is more than 85%,which is higher than that in the center of the furnace and the upper part of the rear arch.At the same time,the biological calcium has the effect of synergistic desulfurization.
