本文通过对一起出租医疗机构执业许可证案,和一起与之关联的未取得医疗机构执业许可证擅自执业案的分析,探讨《基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》实施后有关问题的法律适用,为卫生行政执法工作提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the analysis of a case of leasing the Practicing License of Medical Institution and an associated case of practicing without obtaining the Practicing License of Medical Institution,this article discusses the legal application of relevant issues after the implementation of the Basic Medical and Health Promotion Law,so as to provide reference for the health administrative law enforcement work.
