爆破过地质构造技术在祥升矿工作面的应用

摘要 祥升矿陷落柱异常区严重影响工作面正常生产效率。为了保证3301工作面通过YC2异常区安全回采,特结合工作面X13陷落柱地质构造特征,设计采用深孔爆破技术方案,加装钻杆定向装置,防钻孔跑偏。通过现场试验,爆破可软化异常区岩石力学特性,使采煤机可直接切割通过,保障了工作面过异常区的安全回采,采煤速度提高。 the abnormal area of collapse column in Xiangsheng mine seriously affects the normal production efficiency of working face.In order to ensure the safe mining of 3301 working face through YC2 abnormal area,combined with the geological structure characteristics of x13 collapse column in working face,the deep hole blasting technical scheme is designed,and the drill pipe orientation device is installed to prevent the deviation of drilling hole.Through the field test,the blasting can soften the rock mechanics characteristics of the abnormal area,so that the shearer can directly cut through,ensure the safe mining of the working face through the abnormal area,and improve the mining speed.
