摘要
为治理受巷道积水影响的底鼓问题,研制出新型锚固材料在东大煤矿中央进风大巷进行锚索锚固底板治理中应用。通过对新型锚固材料进行不同配比试验,结合巷道现场监测数据得到如下结论:锚固材料水灰比为0.4时,锚固性能最佳。硅灰、矿粉、偏高岭土、聚丙烯纤维素各占锚固原材料的1.5%、0.1%、12%、0.05%时锚固材料固化性能最佳。采用新型锚固剂有效解决了巷道底鼓问题,巷道底鼓量最大位移量控制在100 mm以内。
In order to control the floor heave problem affected by the water accumulation in the roadway,a new type of anchoring material was developed to carry out the study of anchoring the floor in the central airway of Dongda Coal Mine.Through the experiment of different proportions of the new anchoring material,combined with the on-site monitoring data of the roadway,the following conclusions are obtained:when the water-cement ratio of the anchoring material is 0.4,the anchoring performance is the best.When silica fume,mineral powder,metakaolin,and polypropylene cellulose account for 1.5%,0.1%,12%,and 0.05%of the anchoring raw materials,the curing performance of the anchoring material is the best.A new type of anchoring agent is used to effectively solve the problem of the roadway floor heave,and the maximum displacement of the roadway floor heave is controlled below 100 mm.
