摘要
针对下峪口煤矿23202切眼掘进工作面无保护层开采条件、普通顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯不符合《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》要求,提出了顶板定向分支钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯区域防突措施,通过对钻孔施工情况及瓦斯抽采效果分析,顶板定向分支钻孔实现了对预抽区域煤层的全覆盖,抽采63 d后区域防突措施效果检验,煤层残余瓦斯含量降到8 m3/t以下,实现了巷道的安全掘进。
In view of the situation that there is no protective layer in the 23202 cutting heading face of Xiayukou coal mine and the strip coal seam gas in the ordinary bedding borehole pre drainage roadway does not meet the requirements of the detailed rules for the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst,the outburst prevention measures in the strip gas area of the roof directional branch borehole pre drainage roadway are put forward.Through the analysis of the drilling construction and gas drainage effect,The directional branch drilling of the roof realizes the full coverage of the coal seam in the pre pumping area.After 63 days of pumping,the effect test shows that the residual gas content in the coal seam is reduced to less than 8m3/t,and the safe tunneling of the roadway is realized.
