煤矿井下智能综采体系在木瓜矿10-202工作面的应用 被引量:2

摘要 提出一种新的煤矿井下智能综采体系,通过对采煤机截割作业方案、支架跟机自动控制方案的优化,实现了井下液压支架自动跟机、采煤机记忆割煤,同时结合设备姿态反馈、工作面视频监控,实现在顺槽集控中心对采煤机、液压支架、乳化液泵站、工作面运输三机等自动化设备的“一键”启停、远程监控功能。根据实际应用表明,新的井下智能综采体系,将井下综采面作业人员数量降低了76.3%,将井下综采作业效率提升了79.5%。 A new intelligent integrated mining system for underground coal mines is proposed.Through the optimization of the shearer cutting operation plan and the automatic control plan of the support and follower,the underground hydraulic support automatically follows the machine and the shearer memory cuts coal.At the same time Combined with equipment attitude feedback and working face video monitoring,it realizes the"one-key"start-stop and remote monitoring functions of automatic equipment such as coal shearer,hydraulic support,emulsion pump station,working face transportation three machines at the Shuncao Centralized Control Center.According to actual applications,the new underground intelligent fully mechanized mining system has reduced the number of fully mechanized underground mining workers by 76.3%and increased the efficiency of underground fully mechanized mining operations by 79.5%.
