基于MATLAB的本安元件计算机评定方法

摘要 为了提高煤矿本质安全电源电路中与本质安全性能有关元件的检测效率与准确性,提出了一种基于Matlab的本质安全相关元件的计算机评定方法,首先根据《GB3836.4-2010》爆炸性环境第4部分要求:由本质安全型“i”保护的设备第7章“与本质安全性能有关的元件”分别对限流电阻、熔断器、半导体元件的标准要求公式化,得出评定本安元件所需公式,以元件参数和计算方法编写本安元件评定程序。然后以某本安电源电路为例,对本安元件分别进行计算机评定和人工评定,通过对评定结果的比较,可以得出计算机评定结果与人工评定结果一致,采用计算机评定方法针对不同本安电源电路只需在编好的程序中输入元件参数即可,由程序自动进行计算,结果表明本安电源电路中本安元件由计算机评定方法代替人工评定更精确,检测效率更高。 In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of components related to intrinsic safety performance in coal mine intrinsic safety power supply circuit,a computer evaluation method of intrinsic safety related components based on MATLAB is proposed,Firstly,according to gb3836.4-2010 explosive environment Part 4 requirements:intrinsically safe“I”protection equipment Chapter 7"components related to intrinsically safe performance",the standard requirements of current limiting resistance,fuse and semiconductor components are formulated respectively,and the formula required for the evaluation of intrinsically safe components is obtained,and the evaluation program of intrinsically safe components is compiled with component parameters and calculation method.Then,taking an intrinsically safe power supply circuit as an example,the computer evaluation and manual evaluation of intrinsically safe components are carried out respectively.Through the comparison of the evaluation results,it can be concluded that the computer evaluation results are consistent with the manual evaluation results.By using the computer evaluation method,for different intrinsically safe power supply circuits,it is only necessary to input the component parameters in the compiled program,and the program can calculate automatically.The results show that it is more accurate and efficient to evaluate the intrinsically safe components by computer instead of manual evaluation.
